Alongside the 50m competition-standard swimming pool (which can be split into two learner pools), Ponds Forge has a 25m leisure pool that hosts fun swim sessions as well as swimming lessons. There are family swim sessions all throughout the weekend, and on a Monday too, for everyone to enjoy splashing around in the water.

This world-class facility on your doorstep caters for divers of all levels, offering wet and dry training areas and platforms ranging from 1m to 10m.
