Sandy Lane Aqua Park

"what are we doing today?"

The Aqua Park includes 12 pieces of water equipment operated by sensory, touch pads. These are in place in the summer months and are replaced by play equipment in the winter period.

Visitor Reviews

We go to Sandy Lane Aqua Park when the sun's shining. It's a park in two parts: A series of water pipes/fountains shooting out of the ground and the kids run around looking for the next fountain. It's run by the council and is totally free. Kids need their costumes/towles. Adults sit around the edges on the grass or benches. The other part is an adventure playground with tonnes of stuff. All on the banks of the river Dee just outside Chester city centre. You can take a little ferry boat across the river too £1 return per person. Fab free day out when weather is nice. There's also a kiosk selling tea, coffee and ices.
