Basing House and Visitor Centre keeps the storytelling going. This Tudor house was one of the biggest of its time and has a lot of history behind its walls. Learn about Elizabethan times and how the house fell into disrepair during the Civil War with the help of an audio-visual display. The walled garden is a perfect, tranquil spot for a picnic.
