What to expect at The Paddington Bear™ Experience

Follow Paddington from the station to Windsor Gardens as your family helps get everything ready for the Marmalade Day Festival. Along the way, you'll move through a series of themed spaces inspired by the films and stories, with characters, games and live action moments built into the journey.

The main experience lasts around 70 minutes and is designed as a timed walkthrough. Most of the visit is on your feet, with limited seating, so it works best if you arrive ready for a moving, interactive adventure.

It suits all ages, from young Paddington fans to older children and adults who already know the stories. There are some loud sound effects and flashing lights, but the experience team is on hand if anyone needs support.

At the end, families can spend extra time in Windsor Gardens for games, treats and photos with Paddington. For more ideas nearby, browse things to do in London.

A timed immersive story - Image

This is a structured 70-minute walkthrough rather than an open attraction. Families move through multiple locations as the story unfolds, with a set entry time and shared group experience.

Made for mixed-age family groups - Image

The experience is suitable for all ages and the official venue says it is designed for the whole family. Adults need to accompany anyone aged 17 and under, so it works best as a shared family day out.

After the main walkthrough, guests can stay longer in Windsor Gardens. This is where you'll find games, treats and photo opportunities with Paddington himself.

This immersive attraction is AMAZING. My two boys 8 and 11 and i absolutely loved the experience, getting in the train at Paddington station, wandering through the Browns house in Windsor gardens, jungle of Peru where we helped make marmalade then off to meet the big bear himself. This really is a full blown sensory experience for both adults and children. It’s a must see for the summer holidays. The effort that has gone in to making this one of the best days out for children is incredible.
